But we’re just getting started. Together with our partners and the industry, we continue to challenge and improve, for those building today and for the generations to come.

So, what does that look like in practice? Less time spent on manual tasks, fewer errors, lower emissions, and full oversight at all times. In short – we give people the tools they need to work smarter.

Our background

How it all started

With personal experience transitioning from the oil industry to construction, a significant problem quickly became apparent. Everything up until the construction phase was well-planned and structured, but the construction site itself? It was like a "black hole" – no insight, lots of inefficiency, and a sense of working in the dark. It was hard to see where improvements could be made, and even harder to make good decisions based on real data.

In 2018, we founded Naeva with one goal: to digitalize the construction site and give people better control. By connecting the construction site to digital tools, we provide customers with real-time data and insights that make everyday operations easier.

No one has solved this the same way before, and the response has been overwhelming. Customers tell us they now have control and oversight on the construction site. That’s what drives us – making construction smarter, safer, and more sustainable for everyone working there.
